EO School Motion Template

An EO-branded motion package rebuilt from Final Cut presets, handed to the Vietnam editing team with its own usage guide.

Problem

EO School's global videos are edited by a team in Vietnam, a language and a handoff away from EO's designers. Brand-correct motion had to survive that distance without a designer reviewing every cut.

Approach

In February 2025 I rebuilt the shared Final Cut Pro preset set as an EO-branded motion package: chapter cards, course and session name cards, keyword treatments in short and long form, a name lower third, and the outro logo. It ships as a drop-in Motion Template folder, and the design intent travels with it as a written Notion usage guide, so the editors do not need supervision to stay on brand.

Outcome

The package was handed to the Vietnam team and became the default motion layer of EO School's global videos. Shown here as static preview frames of the eight title treatments; the motion itself ships inside the published videos. The point was never the individual animations, it was making brand-correct motion the default output of a team we never sit next to.
