I'm Jemin Park, a design lead at EO. I connect identity, software, and production so an idea keeps its shape as more people use it.
01 / Background
A design practice that moves between scales.
Industrial design taught me to connect how something looks with how it works. At EO, that thinking now stretches from a visual identity to a product interface, from a motion system to the way a brief reaches a distributed team.
I joined EO as an intern in 2023, became a designer and project manager in 2024, and took on the global design lead role in February 2026. I work across Seoul, San Francisco, and Ho Chi Minh City with in-house designers and external collaborators.
A way of working,

I look for the choice that will make the rest of the work clearer, then make that choice visible enough for others to use.
Make the system usable
A guideline matters when it reaches the screen, the template, the production brief, and the next designer.
Stay close to delivery
I work with designers, freelancers, engineers, and production partners to carry an idea into its real setting.
