Overview
Improved the usability of ‘Car Customizing’ service on Hyundai.com, both the app and web platforms.
Background
To curb the high drop-off rate on Hyundai.com’s Car Customizing feature, our team redesigned both app and web workflows. Research showed that beginners were overwhelmed by the process and fatigued by the sheer volume of options displayed simultaneously.
